You’ll be at the core of designing, developing, and optimizing the systems that drive Solva’s AI claims platform. Our engineering team values pragmatic problem-solving, clean architecture, and delivering reliable technology that adjusters trust. You’ll collaborate closely with product, AI, and design teams to build features that directly impact how insurance claims are processed.
From backend performance improvements to new AI-powered capabilities, you’ll have the opportunity to shape Solva’s technical foundation as we scale with global insurers.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that process and automate insurance claims workflows.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and data handling across unstructured documents, APIs, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into robust technical solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions and drive improvements in how we build, test, and deploy.
- Write clean, maintainable code with strong documentation and test coverage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience designing and maintaining scalable backend systems in production.
- Proficient in modern development practices — clean code, automated testing, CI/CD.
- Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP) and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- You have experience with Golang and React, but what matters most is your problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- You take ownership, are pragmatic about technology choices, and enjoy working in fast-moving, high-responsibility environments.
